Who am I?
I am an experienced dancer, copyrighted choreographer, and compassionate dance educator. I have trained and performed with Ballet Nebraska (now American Midwest Ballet) and the Asheville Ballet, and studied at Joffrey Midwest under John Magnus. At age fourteen, I was invited to attend Creighton University to study dance under director Lisa Carter, and I have had the privilege of training with teachers including Raquelle Davis, Dres Reid, and Alex Wong. In the DMV area, I have performed with Manassas Ballet Theatre, Dissonance Dance Theatre, Dancin’ Unlimited Jazz Dance Company, and Fairfax Ballet Company.
I am also a certified life coach and certified dance studio owner through IAP Career College, and I am currently completing my personal trainer certification. Through my own experiences as a student — including navigating injuries, the pressures of perfectionism, and unconstructive criticism — I developed a deep appreciation for the importance of mental, emotional, and physical well-being in dance training. While I’m grateful for the education I received, those experiences shaped my commitment to teaching in ways that prioritize healthy technique, injury awareness, and compassionate instruction. I believe dance education continues to evolve, and I am dedicated to offering a safer, more supportive environment where dancers can grow with confidence, care, and longevity.
My Services
I offer choreography, private instruction, and coaching for dancers and programs of all levels — from beginner through pre-professional. Whether you’re building technique and strength, returning to dance after time away, preparing for a role, or simply wanting to grow in confidence and artistry, I meet each dancer where they are.
I currently offer:
Private & semi-private lessons
Choreography for performances, competitions, & auditions
Guest teaching & workshops
Technique & conditioning support
My work blends strong technical foundations with musicality, expression, and safe, thoughtful training — creating a space where dancers can grow with confidence, curiosity, and care.

Experience & Training
I’ve had the opportunity to perform, teach, and choreograph throughout the DMV and beyond, working with dancers of all ages and levels. My background includes professional company work, ballet and contemporary training, and over a decade of teaching experience in both studio and performance settings. I continue to invest in my education through ongoing training in dance pedagogy, choreography, conditioning, and injury-aware practices.
